Tree surgery work

Coronavirus is affecting businesses across the country however, we are still working and are taking a number of measures to protect our staff and customers. We will be following the government guidelines closely over the coming weeks, however at present the virus doesn’t affect the work we do and most importantly, doesn’t put anyone at risk.

Below is the list of the measures we are putting in place. Further Guidance is available via the Arboricultural Association website - https://www.trees.org.uk/News-Blog/Latest-News/Advice-for-those-continuing-to-work-on-site-during

Social Distancing

Our staff are following strict social distancing rules, ensuring they are keeping the recommended 2 metres apart from people and where possible travelling in separate vehicles. If our staff feel unwell or show symptoms we are enforcing government guidance on self isolation and only allowing a return to work when they are fit to do so.

Additional Cleaning

All our equipment and vehicles are thoroughly cleaned between jobs and at intervals during the day to prevent the spread of the disease. In addition to social distancing we have provided extra PPE for our members of staff to wear include gloves, face masks, disinfectant spray and hand sanitiser.

Keeping up with government guidelines

We are following government guidelines every day and if the advice given is to stop working we will of course do so. We will take each day as it comes however, as we are able to follow the government’s social distancing guidelines we therefore hope that we can continue to carry out our work as planned.

Emergency Work

As usual we prioritise hazardous/dangerous tree’s but as this is a developing situation and could see further restrictions we will endeavour to fullfill these works in a shorter than normal timescale. If you do have any other Tree Surgery work please contact us by Email or Telephone and we will arrange a suitable time for a site visit following the Social distancing guidelines.
